Lorac Pro Palette 2 - Review & Swatches

Hello beautiessss

I can barely contain my excitement as I write this post because I just can't believe I own this Lorac Pro Palette 2! I live in Canada and our Sephora doesn't carry this product and sad to say, but Canada also doesn't have an Ulta. . . (I know it sounds depressing). However, I am so happy and also so lucky to say that my boyfriend surprised me with this palette. He ordered it online and even paid express shipping to ensure it arrives quickly. Haha how sweet!

I don't have the original palette, yet anyaways! It's definitely on my wishlist for Christmas. However, I am so happy with this one, seriously! I own all of the Naked palettes from Urban Decay and I have been a loyal lover of those for years! But if I am going to be honest with myself, I think I am turning my back on those palettes because I am so in love with the formula and pigmentation of these shadows from Lorac. I also feel like this palette is so much more versatile than any of my Naked palettes because I can create so many more different looks with just this one palette. It is the perfect travelling palette because you can create almost any look with just this one palette.

I love that this palette contains an entire row of matte shadows and an entire row of shimmer shadows. It allows for many versatile looks. I also enjoy that it contains a mix of warm and cool colors. My favorite colors, without a doubt, are the matte Plum and Navy colors, because they are just so different from anything I have ever owned. I can't wait to place those colors on my lower lashline as a pop of color with neutral eye shadows on my lid.

{left to right: Buff, Lt. Brown, Cool Gray, Nectar, Plum, Navy, Charcoal, Black}
{left to right: Snow, Beige, Rose, Mocha, Chrome, Silver, Jade, Cocoa}
There is not one single thing I dislike about this entire palette! The pigmentation is unbelievable and you can see that for yourself in the swatches above.

Thanks for reading & I hope you enjoyed!
