Hello beautiessss ❤
It has been a hot minute since my last post and I am so sorry about that! It is finals week for me and I have written three finals already in the past four days and I am still studying for my last two finals. But I am in a serious need of a break so here I am. This haul is about three weeks old (I know - worst blogger ever haha) but I thought better late than never! And because its been a while, I can actually give an accurate review of all these products.
I have been using the UD All Nighter Spray for about two years now and it has been my absolute favourite. However, I wanted to try something new and I had my eyes on this Makeup Forever setting spray for a while, so when I ran out of my UD spray I thought now is the best time. And I have to say it works really well! It keeps my makeup on for a long time and I feel like it helps my face look "non-cakey". However, I am not a big fan of the mist because it can be harsh, whereas the UD spray had a gentle mist. Besides that, I would recommend this and I do not have a better preference between this one or the UD spray. I would be happy with either :)
Okay, so I have been on the hunt for the perfect purple lipstick that actually suits my skin tone and for the longest time I was convinced that there is just no such thing that exists. Until I found this one! Omg it's the perfect purple for my skin tone, its the perfect mix of mauve and pink. And don't even get me started with the formulation! Its so amazing. It turns matte after a few minutes on the lips and it stays on a really long time, like seriously a really long time even after eating and drinking. Highly recommended!
I got this foundation stick in the shade almond, which is obviously too dark for my actual skin tone but it works really well for contouring my entire face. I find that using cream products for contouring and highlighting works better because it tends to show up better and last longer. However, I am super sad to say that I think this foundation breaks me out :( I used it for three days straight and I started breaking out all my over my cheeks and it still hasn't stopped since. I have been using the Murad skincare line from Sephora to try and clear up my skin. Let me know if you would like a review of that line :)
Behold! I finally own the beauty blender and I am so mad at myself that I have waited this long! I seriously feel like I won't ever go back to using brushes because it just does not have the same impeccable effect as the beauty blender. It makes applying my foundation so fast and easy. On top of that, it makes my skin look absolutely flawless. It blends my foundation and concealer so well that it makes my makeup look so natural.
Thanks for reading & I hope you enjoyed!
